01 - 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
02 - 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (approximately 3 lemons)
03 - 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup, adjust to taste

04 - 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
→ Liquids
05 - 2 cups cold water
06 - Ice cubes, for serving

# How to Make It:
01 - Place watermelon cubes, lemon juice, honey or agave syrup, and mint leaves in the blender.
02 - Process on high speed until mixture is completely smooth.
03 - Pass the blended mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher, pressing with a spoon to extract liquid and remove pulp.
04 - Stir in the cold water, taste, and adjust sweetness as necessary.
05 - Refrigerate the pitcher for at least 1 hour to chill completely.
06 - Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour lemonade, and garnish with mint leaves, lemon slices, and watermelon wedges as desired.
