Spinach Artichoke Dip (Print Version)

Warm, creamy dip with spinach, artichokes, and melted cheeses. Ideal for sharing at gatherings.

05 - 1/2 cup sour cream (120 g)
06 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise (60 g)
07 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (100 g)
08 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (50 g)

→ Seasonings

10 - 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
11 - 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and fully incorporated.
03 - Stir in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
04 - Transfer the mixture into a 1-quart baking dish and spread evenly across the bottom.
05 - Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
06 - Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm with toasted bread, crackers, or tortilla chips.

# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • The combination of tangy artichokes and creamy spinach feels like something you would order at a restaurant but it comes together in minutes
  • People literally hover around the baking dish waiting for it to come out of the oven
02 -
  • Drain those artichokes really well or you'll end up with a watery dip
  • Squeeze the spinach in a clean kitchen towel if using frozen, every drop of water matters here
03 -
  • Room temperature ingredients blend so much easier, so don't rush the softening step
  • Grate your own cheese instead of buying pre-shredded bags for the creamiest texture
