# What You'll Need:

01 - 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
02 - 1/3 cup fresh lime juice (about 3 limes)
03 - 1/4 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed, if possible)

→ Sweetener & Flavor

04 - 2–3 tablespoons agave syrup or honey (to taste)
05 - 1/2 small jalapeño, seeds removed and thinly sliced (plus extra slices for garnish)

→ Garnish & Presentation

06 - Coarse salt or chili-salt, for rimming glasses
07 - Fresh lime wedges
08 - Watermelon wedges or balls
09 - Ice cubes

# How to Make It:

01 - Rub a lime wedge around the rim of each glass. Dip rims in coarse salt or chili-salt blend. Set aside.
02 - In a blender, combine watermelon cubes, lime juice, orange juice, agave syrup, and sliced jalapeño. Blend until completely smooth.
03 - Taste the mix; adjust sweetness and spice by adding more agave or jalapeño as desired.
04 - Fill glasses with ice cubes. Strain the watermelon mixture through a fine mesh sieve (optional, for a smoother texture) and pour over the ice.
05 - Garnish with lime wedges, jalapeño slices, and watermelon pieces. Serve immediately.

# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • This mocktail carries a surprise kick that makes every sip memorable—just enough thrill to spark conversation.
  • It comes together in minutes, and you don't even need a cocktail shaker or fancy equipment.
02 -
  • If you forget to remove the jalapeño seeds, the mocktail can cross into eye-watering territory—taste as you go.
  • Straining through a mesh sieve removes pulp and transforms the texture into something almost cocktail-bar worthy.
03 -
  • Layer in jalapeño slices slowly; you can always add, but you can't take out the spice.
  • Let the mixture sit for a minute after blending—the flavors really do meld in those extra moments.
