Layers of creamy yogurt, fresh berries, and crunchy granola come together in this quick and satisfying breakfast or dessert.

# What You'll Need:

→ Dairy

01 - 2 cups plain Greek yogurt or vanilla yogurt

→ Fruit

02 - 2 cups mixed fresh berries such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, washed and dried

→ Grains

03 - 1 cup granola, store-bought or homemade

→ Sweetener

04 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup, optional

# How to Make It:

01 - Place 2 tablespoons of yogurt at the bottom of each of four clear glasses or jars.
02 - Spread 2 tablespoons of granola evenly over the yogurt in each glass.
03 - Layer approximately 2 tablespoons of mixed berries over the granola in each glass.
04 - Repeat the layering process with yogurt, granola, and berries until all ingredients are used, finishing with a top layer of berries.
05 - Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the top of each parfait if desired.
06 - Serve immediately to preserve granola crunch, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours if preparing ahead.

# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • It comes together in ten minutes but looks like you tried harder
  • The texture contrast between creamy yogurt, crunchy granola, and burst-in-your-mouth berries keeps every spoonful interesting
02 -
  • The granola starts softening the moment it hits yogurt, so if you're making these ahead, keep the granola separate and sprinkle it on just before serving
  • Frozen berries work but they'll weep moisture into your layers—thaw them completely and pat them dry first
03 -
  • Warm your honey for 10 seconds if it's too thick to drizzle nicely
  • The most beautiful parfaits have uneven, natural layers rather than perfectly measured stripes
