# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • It comes together in under 35 minutes, which means you can have restaurant-quality dinner on a busy weeknight without the stress.
  • Every element is customizable, so your version can be completely different from your friend's, but equally delicious.
  • The combination of creamy, spicy, umami, and crunch hits every texture and flavor note your palate craves.
02 -
  • Don't skip seasoning the rice itself, underseasons rice makes the whole bowl taste flat even if every other element is perfect.
  • The marinating time matters more than you think, 10 minutes minimum allows the salmon to actually absorb flavor rather than just sit in sauce.
03 -
  • Keep your wasabi separate until you're eating because it intensifies as it sits and can overpower everything in minutes.
  • Toast your own peanuts if you have the time, they taste wildly better than pre-roasted and the smell in your kitchen will make you happy.
